Spirits:
My dear friends.
Here is a people lost in a dark valley, stunned by the height of the peaks which encircle them, perceiving as horizon only pebbles, rocks and rubble. The light reaches it with difficulty, in an uncertain zenith often covered by clouds just as dark and rumbling. But from the top of the summits there are lights, very happy projectors which sporadically illuminate this sad valley, giving back to those who are below, a meaning to their life, illuminating the contrasts necessary for their evolution. The light comes from these sources and in a narrow ray hits the valley floor with full force. These lights are handled by men who are also in the dark, taking advantage of the blow of the light thus given. They are needy, sometimes forgotten, eaten away by responsibility. Deserving, they apply themselves to projecting these well-timed lights, rejoicing in the good they do. But too often they feel lonely, too often they yearn for other things, lulled by the cries of joy from those below. Holding the spotlight with one hand and blocking the view with the other as if hoping for the wildest dreams. Will they have to run down the valley forgetting their work as scouts, abandoning to Providence the luminous projectors lost in the freshness of the heights? Because they always remain a little in the shade. They never feel warmed by the clarity of the light. So we electricians of the sky, those by whom the light comes, deploy our own projectors and enlighten these men and women to show them in a new day, the magnificent place in which

they operate.Because you see these scouts are the guarantors of a global evolution that they do not really suspect.
This metaphor is given to you my brothers. You are not in the shadows, you are not forgotten, you are not left out. You are participating in a work of undermining which, although still poorly evaluated, will weigh heavily on your future humanity.

Jean-Luc:
The question I would like to ask you, because I think everyone has understood this metaphor, is that we would be the scouts of the valley?

Spirits:
Shall we answer this question?

Tony:
It’s clear, it’s us they’re talking about.

Jean-Luc:
Yes yes… but I just wanted to see if I had understood correctly.
In relation to what has just been written are there any questions?
Because it is clear it is an invitation to continue our work even if sometimes we feel lonely …

Spirits:
Have we turned our spotlight enough? You are so close to us.

Jean-Luc:
Of course… we’ve known that for a while… and it may be a problem for us. Since the time that we establish these contacts with you, we have lost the magical side of the thing, since today you are part of our lives. When we come to a session we are so sure that you will be there that… we approach these sessions in a way that is a little too casual. But hey it’s true that we no longer doubt the fact that you are there.

Spirits:
Should we stop visiting you, so that you realize the work to be done?

(Tony speaks but the microphone having been moved to bring him closer to him, made what he was saying on the recording inaudible)

Spirits:
But it’s not a bad thing, isn’t it the expected goal?

Tony:
Absolutely and I think we got there. Passed from the supernatural to the natural.

Spirits:
You have the right word.

Jean-Luc:
Nothing added compared to all that?

(Assistance has no further questions)

Jean-Luc:
Regarding the work we have to do, you write to us: « Should we stop visiting you, so that you become aware of the work to be done? » «
I think we have become aware of the work we have to do, but we’ll jam on hardware problems. I am thinking, for example, of the cell that you proposed to us to create around the Module. Technically this seems quite difficult to achieve. Do you have any guidance on this?

Spirits:
Yes, several. But given the space we have to manifest ourselves and the writer’s tool, we will have to be as concise as possible. So, let’s move on from one of your grievances. What do you think is the most complicated?

Jean-Luc:
The most complicated apparently is to build a cabin around the Module. Although technically I can imagine very well how to do it, you should know that in this attic we do not have the right to develop it, since the owner does not want to. Apart from building a cell around the Module, in a way we will have to adapt it by doing fairly substantial work.

The Spirits:
Who talked about building a cell around the Module? Around the hearth is fairer. Let’s try to understand. We will try to guide you with appropriate diagrams and captions.

(Entities draw sketches)

What are the prerogatives, the inherent requirements for proper functioning?

Jean-Luc:
Well, we have to be able to record without the devices of the Module being able to disturb the sound of the recordings.

Minds:
Be more clear and concise. The focus of experimentation must be isolated. Look we’re going to draw a cup…
What do you see?

(The team comments on the drawing)

Jean-Luc:
I have the impression of seeing a bass drum…

Tony:
But what material to use for that?

Spirits:
Good. We will try to be more intelligible. The focus is materialized by four parabolas, four loudspeakers, a translucent screen, a reflective umbrella, a mirror that you call reflection and a Fresnel lens for the laser. Is it correct ?

(The team confirms)

Spirits:
Well, the translucent screen, reflective glass, and Fresnel lens are bright openings. Is it correct ?

(The team confirms)

Tony:
They’ll have to be incorporated into the box directly.

The spirits :
Well let’s start with what you call the box. It will be rectangular and will support the elements necessary for the Module. Front view from the inside. There will be a rectangular cutout where the translucent screen will be housed. At the four corners there will be screwed on the outside the four parabolas mounted on rubber. Four speakers also mounted on silent block. Be careful to respect the angles to create the fireplace. Interior rear face. There will be a reflective hemisphere of about thirty degrees attached to the experimenter’s back. Front side right side. There will be a round opening where the Fresnel lens for the laser will be housed. Front side left side. There will be an opening where the return ice will be placed. So here are some clues to build your cell. Did you understand?

Tony:
Just a detail the dishes will be inside?

The spirits:
They will be seen from the inside but the cupolas will be screwed to the outside.

Tony:
Okay, they’re fine inside if not the microphones won’t pick up anything if they stay outside.

(The team in turn makes diagrams to better understand).

Jean-Luc:
There already we will have to dissect all this.
It has nothing to do with what we initially thought to do, put the Module in a cell. There, we redo a Module, we make a cabin to put the experimenter in the middle.

Spirits:
Do you follow?

(The team responds positively).

Spirits:
And the lighting?

Tony: Inside!

Spirits:
Very well. Or this ?

Tony:
Since you have to keep the angles exactly to recreate the focus, you have to place them so that you can point them towards the center. So in the corners of the cell.

Spirits:
Yes at the four angles.

Jean-Luc:
At the four corners in the background or …

Tony:
I think you have to put them like today.

Spirits: Yes!

Tony:
Parallel to parables. You will have to place them first and then place the lights.

Gérard:
Do you need to install noise isolation inside the body?

Spirits: Yes!

Tony:
So if we use wood for the body and an acoustic filtering system inside will suffice?

The spirits ! Yes !

Tony:
The purpose of this crate isn’t to make a Faraday cage?

Spirits:
No, Faraday’s cage is not a necessity. Since in any case if the latter is sufficient for static electivity, it remains ineffective for certain radio waves. It is not a pledge of prudence except for the superficial dubious.

Jean-Luc:
Ok, well already we will try to dissect it all to see how we can implement it.

The spirits:
Very easily, you will have to review your framework.

Jean-Luc:
The framework of the Module?

Spirits: Yes!

Jean-Luc:
That’s what I was telling Joël, we will have to review the whole Module.

The spirits:
Attention to the support of the video projector.

Jean-Luc:
Yes, I imagine that the video projector support will also be mounted on rubber? What about the projector outside the cash register?

Spirits:
This is obvious!
We prefer a fixed support. Because if it is not important to move the cameras a little, it is not the same for the video projector.

Gérard:
Joël said that the module cell will have to be painted black, what do you think?

The spirits:
It is an aestheticism that concerns you, do not forget that the final appearance will be a source of inspiration. This device exists here with us. We direct you to its copy (possible in its theory) on Earth and with you according to your means. Attention the Module as it is today is an exploded view of what it will be tomorrow. Remember it will evolve further, don’t make something non- scalable.

Jean-Luc:
In relation to all this are there any questions?

Tony:
Are there any other groups on Earth today that make the same machine?

Spirits: Yes.

Tony:
Will we ever be in contact with them?

Spirits:
We hope so.

Jean-Luc:
You can’t tell us what these groups are?

Spirits:
Not yet, we cannot go any further in our influence, since these groups will come to the same conclusion, but this will be done in multiple variations and in an analogous counting.

Jean-Luc:
Thank you already for all this information, when we will copy it we will be able to understand it better and we will try to come out with drawings to diagram it well.
The next question if you don’t mind will relate to the images on which we have writing. Some Internet users ask if we will one day be able to decipher these?

Spirits:
You will decipher the writings, as you will hear us and see us more.

Gérard:
There is an Internet user who asks if we could place two light spots in front of the cameras?

Spirits:
No, we still need the light support offered by this system. But the day will come when it will no longer be used.

(The following questions were of a personal nature. They will therefore not appear in these minutes).

Jean-Luc:
Do you have something to tell us to end this evening?

The spirits:
Yes of cutting and know-how. And don’t forget the fiber that unites you.
