Some of your scholarly theoretical calculations explain to you that the physical world, the one you live in, only exists because you observe it. A remarkable advance, but which despite its boldness is still far from the intrinsic reality of the mind. What you call quantum mechanics is still food for thought and divides your learned communities rather than uniting them towards the final acceptance of a grandiose and, whatever may be said, divine.
But let’s accept this idea for a moment to follow what it implies and thus get closer to the universal idea that we are trying to emit on the inhabited worlds.

Now let us try by that very to understand or to evaluate what could mean the chance, in there; a virtual world therefore, reacting according to observation and ordering itself under the influence of the needs thus determined.
Chance under this vision is therefore no longer possible since the grateful value, that is to say the physical form or the fortuitous event is determined by the very mind of the observer.
